Panda's Story

**Meet Panda A Sweet Adolescent Puppy Looking for the Right Home**

Panda is a loving 9-month-old puppy entering her young-dog stage and looking for a family committed to helping her continue to learn and grow. She is affectionate, friendly, and happiest when spending time with her people. If you're sitting down, Panda will gladly curl up beside you for cuddles and belly rubs.

Like many adolescent dogs, Panda is still working on her leash skills and will benefit from continued force-free training and consistency. She does experience separation anxiety and is not suitable for a home where she will be left alone for long periods. Because she becomes distressed when crated when left alone, she requires a family that is home most of the day.

**Panda's Ideal Home:**
Detached single-family home only
Fully fenced yard (non-chain-link preferred)
No children under 12 years of age
No large-breed dogs in the home
Someone home most of the day
Commitment to force-free training with an approved rescue trainer

Due to possible vocalization during her adjustment period, we do not adopt to condominiums, townhouses, duplexes, or other shared-wall housing.

**Adoption Area:** Edmonton, Beaumont, Devon, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain only.

We are unable to accept applications from outside our adoption area, outside the Province of Alberta, or outside Canada.

Panda's adoption fee is **$760**.

Applicants must complete an adoption application, home check, veterinary reference check, and three personal reference checks before being considered.

When applying, please include a detailed bio about yourself, all household members, existing pets, your home environment, and your yard and fencing.

Please request our **"About Our Rescue Document"** and Panda's full bio via email.

If you are looking for a sweet, affectionate young dog and are committed to continuing her training and development, Panda may be the perfect addition to your family.

This version reads a little more professionally while still being warm and adoption-focused.
