Oz/Otis

Oz was an owner surrender to the NYCACC - The New York City Animal Care Centers. He was eight years old and a black dog. A double whammy as we say in rescue. A dog highly rated for euthanasia only because of his age and being black.<br/><br/>His time was coming to an end due to other animals coming into he city shelter. Only for that reason his life was about to end.<br/><br/>We were so lucky a very generous woman stepped up to save his life.<br/><br/>This is what she has to say about Oz/Otis.<br/><br/>I'm looking for a home where I can be my loyal and occasionally goofy but mostly chill self.
