Otto is a 3-year-old, 14-pound Shih Tzu and just a really happy little dog. He loves people, loves being in your lap, and mostly just wants to be wherever you are.<br/><br/>He really doesn’t care much about other dogs. He’s fine around them, but if they get right up in his face, he can get a little cranky about it. He’s definitely more of a people dog.<br/><br/>Potty training is still a work in progress, but he’s getting better. He doesn’t need to be crated and doesn’t bother anything in the house. At night he’ll sleep in a dog bed on the floor or happily sleep in bed with you.<br/><br/>Otto is neutered, microchipped, has had bloodwork, a fecal test, and dental surgery. He’s just a sweet, loving little guy who wants to be with his people.<br/><br/>Otto’s adoption fee is $350. Applicants must live within a one-hour driving distance of Cleveland, Ohio.
