Hi, I'm Otter! 🐾I'm a playful puppy who loves toys, exploring, and being close to my people. I'm always up for an adventure or a good cuddle after I've gotten my wiggles out! I do experience the world a little differently than most puppies--I'm hearing impaired. That just means I rely more on watching you and learning through touch and visual cues. I'm a smart boy and already figuring things out, but my training will look a little different than a typical puppy's, and I'll need a family who's experienced and excited to help me learn in my own way. Like many young pups, I'm still working on my manners (especially remembering that people aren't chew toys), so I'll need guidance, consistency, and patience as I grow. Because of my special needs, I should go to a home with none of the tiny humans running around. The good news? I'm eager to learn and love being engaged!
