Weighing in at around 20–30 pounds, this adorable fluffball is packed with personality, energy, and endless entertainment. He’s also potty trained and ready to settle into his new home.<br/><br/>Otis is playful, quirky, and always ready for an adventure. Whether he’s zooming around the yard, making new dog friends, or finding creative ways to make you laugh, life is never boring with him around. He absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with canine companions to play with.<br/><br/>Sadly, Otis hasn’t always known stability. He was originally rehomed when his first owner decided they no longer wanted him. His second owner later determined that having a dog was too much work and passed him along to someone else while looking for yet another home. During that time, Otis spent his days living outside on a patio in a crate.<br/><br/>Despite being let down by people multiple times, Otis remains a happy, loving, and resilient boy. He greets life with a wagging tail, a playful spirit, and a heart full of hope.
