Oscar Meyer's Story
FAST FACTS:
* 9 Months & 21lbs
* Dog Friendly
* Potty Trained
* Crate Trained

Meet Oscar Meyer -Oscar Meyer is a fun-loving, high-energy pup who is always ready for his next adventure. He is dog friendly and loves to chase, run, and jump with other dogs. He does best with dogs that are not overly aggressive and has shown great manners by sharing his food, water, and toys with canine friends.

Oscar is potty trained and does best when taken outside regularly, about every 5–6 hours. He is also crate trained and does well in his crate, which is especially important since he’s still very much in his puppy phase and can get a bit mischievous if left alone. For his safety and success, a crate is the best option when he’s unsupervised.

He has a high energy level and will need an active foster or adopter who can provide plenty of daily exercise. Long walks, outdoor play, running, and interactive games are some of his favorite things. Once his energy is burned off, Oscar turns into a total cuddle bug and loves to curl up next to his person or snuggle in a lap.

Oscar enjoys running after toys, chasing squirrels and rabbits, zooming around outside, and playing with dog friends. He also loves to chew, so having plenty of appropriate chew toys will help keep him happy and busy.

At this time, Oscar would do best in a home without cats, as he has shown strong interest and reactive behavior toward them. He has not yet been around young children, so any home with kids should be mindful and willing to do slow, supervised introductions.

Oscar Meyer is a sweet, energetic boy looking for a foster or forever home that can keep up with his playful spirit and give him the structure, exercise, and love he needs to thrive.

If interested in adopting me please fill out an application on our website at www.fetchingtailsfoundation.org; please make sure you fill in every required field/question or your submission will not go through.
