Oscar came to us from the Joplin Humane Society, where — like so many small dogs in big shelters — he was being overlooked. At just 5 years old, he still found himself waiting in a wire crate while others were chosen.<br/><br/>Since arriving at Imagine FURever Ranch, Oscar has revealed his true personality — and WOW! This boy is a perpetual motion machine.
