Meet Oscar!<br/><br/>Oscar came to us as a transfer from ACCT Philadelphia after being found by police officers as a sweet little stray who had a severe leg injury.<br/><br/>Due to lack of space and demand of dogs in need at the other shelter, this sweet dog was at risk of euthanasia.<br/><br/>Oscar is a poodle mix who received all of the medical care needed, is on the road to recovery, and is ready for his forever home! <br/><br/>All dogs require an adjustment period after adoption to decompress and acclimate to their new home, routine, housemates, and environment.
