Meet Oscar

My name is Oscar and I have not met anyone I don't love (except the cold MN weather). I came to MN with some itchy skin and we got it under control and I am ready to find my new home. I like to play with toys as long as they have treats in them.
I don't get mad when my Foster Family is near me when I eat, but I like to eat alone with no other dogs. I think I will do my very best in a home where I am the only dog, I don't like to share my toys and my people:)
I haven't met any tiny humans yet, but I am gentle with humans so I don't think it will be a problem.
My Foster Home has cats, and I am very interested in them, but we can't decide yet if it is a good or a bad interest, I would just need to meet them slowly. Once all the playing is done I love to lay down and snuggle with my people, I especially like to lay on my back so you can scratch my tummy while you are watching your favorite shows!!
I would love to meet you and make your home complete!!
