Hi, I'm Oscar, it's nice to meet you. I'm a sweet 4 year old boy who has lived a sheltered life up until this point. I haven't been exposed to a lot of things and I'm learning how to be a normal dog. When you first meet me I will be a little shy but once I discover you're nice I warm up quick! I've recently discovered what walks are and I love them! I love exploring! Other than walks, some of my new favorite things are cuddles, toys, kisses, car rides, and getting dressed up! I'm looking for a loving and patient family to teach/show me everything I have missed out on the last 4 years.<br/><br/>Oscar is NOT house broken. He loves other dogs and seems to do well with cats.
