4 ½-year-old spayed female French Bulldog<br/>Color: Pied black and white<br/>Weight: 37 lbs<br/>Goal Weight: 25 lbs<br/><br/>Oreo is back in Rescue and bigger than ever! She will need a motivated owner to help her lose the weight! She does love her walks!<br/><br/>We placed Oreo with a nice gentleman who had recently lost his older Frenchie, and he was looking for another companion. Oreo was a match. <br/><br/>Oreo needs to be the ONLY DOG in the household. A lot has happened over the past year, and it breaks my heart to have to surrender her back to you.<br/><br/>Oreo has been the best thing that has happened to me. Unfortunately, I recently lost my job and have found myself unable to take care of her financially. I broke my hip last year and panicked over making sure she got her walk every day. I hired two dog walkers, who faithfully walked her.<br/><br/>I provided indoor playtime, and when I got somewhat better, outside playtime with her. She loved her walks, having fun, and just being her true dog self. She turned out to be a great watchdog and a wonderful indoor companion for me.<br/>She really loves children! She and I bonded very quickly!<br/><br/>I fed her premium dog food (Fresh Pet Vital Chicken blend). She has gained weight, but she is a healthy and happy dog. She gets so tickled to see the people she loves that she jumps in the air like a baby lamb!<br/><br/>This is destroying me… I wish I could find a way to keep our “love affair" going. I’m having a real problem saying goodbye, but I have become disabled and can no longer care for her needs.<br/><br/>I will miss her more than I can say and have been telling her so all day. Please know that she was loved mightily by me. If there were any way to work it out so that I could keep her, I would. Please make sure she goes to a loving, no-dog home. Let them know that because of my recent disability, she sometimes poops in the house on training pads, since I couldn’t always take her out. She’s a true-blue friend and a great companion.<br/><br/>Keep showering my baby with love and try to find someone who will love her as much as I did.<br/><br/>God bless you for what you do!<br/>Randy<br/><br/>Oreo will be placed as the ONLY DOG in the household. She has become overweight and is on a doggie diet. Oreo weighed 24.6 pounds when she was adopted out, and now that she is back in Rescue, she weighs 37.0 pounds.
