Opie! Adorable guy!

Hello everyone! My name is Opie! I am a 1 year old mini Aussie and I weigh around 30 pounds. I was surrendered to a local shelter with my brother by my original owner and I appear to have been exceptionally cared for. The circumstances as to why I was surrendered unchained souls doesn’t know. I am currently in a foster home with small dogs as little as 3 pounds with 3 legs up to a Great Dane and dogs as old as 15 years old. I am also fostered with tiny kittens currently and kids as young as 6 years old. I haven’t displayed any herding behavior towards people or animals at all since I’ve been in my foster home. My first few nights in my crate I cried but over the last week I am silent all throughout the night. I have excellent house manners and don’t have any accidents however when I first got to my foster home I did try to hike my leg on my kennel and my foster mom shut that behavior down quickly and I don’t do it anymore. I am very very sweet, a little shy at first, extremely gentle, and don’t display any of the normal Aussie behavior. I am not dominant towards people or other animals whatsoever.
