Opie is a very special case. He was adopted previously and then his adopted put him in a bad situation which ended up with Opie getting into trouble. Because of this he was deemed dangerous by NC. However Opie is not dangerous. It’s very unfortunate and he was set up to fail.
Opie would do best in a home as an only dog or with a submissive female.
Opie needs an adult only home.
He is a wonderful pup despite his misfortune.
