Ollie's Story

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.

Meet Ollie! Ollie is approximately 8 years old and 50 lbs currently. He has spent the last several years saving the lives of hundreds of dogs as a blood donor. Now that he's getting older, he will be retiring from this role and is ready to find a loving home to call his own.

In his foster home, he is doing excellent with his house training, crate training and leash walking. He could join households with dog-savvy kids, cats, and other dogs.

His foster says, "Ollie truly is a one-of-a-kind pup. We all love him so much here at the clinic. I have seen him save so many live through blood donations. He is always happy to see you and loves treats as you can tell sometimes we may give him too many.. it is Ollie’s time to shine and find a cozy home with a family who can give him endless love and attention."

He is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on Friday, March 27th. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.

-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises.
-Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt.
- More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com
