Oliver Mixed Breed Jackson, WY

Meet Oliver! Oliver and his siblings came to us from the Wind River Reservation. They were born in a loving home that was unfortunately very overcrowded with canine's and they were not able to receive proper care in that environment. Our amazing partners over at Aska's Animal Foundation volunteered to bring them into their program and give them a structured and safe puppyhood. They have spent the last few weeks learning lots of puppy skills such as crate training, potty training, socialization, and much more! Like any puppy, Oliver loves to play with his siblings and toys! He is eager to accept love from people and will happily settle down for lots of naps throughout the day. He will make an amazing companion and adventure partner! These puppies will be ready to meet potential adopters starting 3/19. Fill out an application ASAP to get in their lines!

Thinking of adopting a puppy? Please consider the amount of time and attention that will need to be dedicated to raising a dog from puppyhood. Committing time every day to helping them to learn to love the world around them i.e. people, animals, sights, sounds, smells, objects etc is of the utmost importance to raising a well adjusted dog. Puppies that are not well socialized to the world around them can develop fear and anxiety later in life. Before considering adopting a puppy please make sure that you have the time and patience to dedicate to a puppy!

To set up a meet and greet, please fill out a dog adoption application ASAP or if you have already submitted one with us, call/email to put your name in line. We will form a line like usual based on who has an active and approved application in. Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy. Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
