This very handsome man is Oliver!<br/><br/>Oliver is an approximately 5.5-year-old male American Bulldog/Boxer mix and weighs 60 lbs. He was adopted as puppy but due to the adopter's personal issues, was returned to the rescue.<br/><br/>Oliver is very friendly and social to everyone he meets! His personality shines through when you meet him. You can't help but smile. Oliver loves attention and will lean into you when you pet him. He also thinks he is a lap dog sometimes!<br/><br/>Oliver needs an active home, where he can be included in activities and get plenty of physical and mental exercise. Although, after all the playing is done, he will settle down next to you for some quiet time. He has been great with kids, but he is strong and might be too much for young children.<br/><br/>He is currently in daycare and he needs a secure stockade-fenced yard to play in and requires a home visit. Oliver is not overtly aggressive, but does need to be the only dog in the home.<br/><br/>Oliver was crate and house-trained, but since he is in boarding now, he may need a brief reintroduction to house-training in a new environment. He will walk on a leash, but a harness would make walking him much easier as he is a strong boy.<br/><br/>Oliver is neutered, current on vaccinations, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped.
