Olive

Sweet Olive is back with us and hoping that the second time will be the charm! <br/><br/>Olive originally came to our shelter when she was just 8 weeks old. We thought we had found her forever home, but sadly, she was recently returned because her family felt she played too rough with their smaller dogs. The truth is, Olive is just being a typical 5-month-old puppy! She's full of energy, loves to play, and is still learning her manners. Like any puppy, she just needs a family willing to teach her the ropes!<br/><br/>Olive is an incredibly sweet and happy girl who loves everyone she meets! She enjoys playing with toys, spending time outdoors, and soaking up attention from her people. She gets along well with other dogs, although her playful puppy energy might be a little much for smaller or more laid-back dogs. So far, she hasn't shown much interest in our shelter cats either!<br/><br/>One thing Olive already has mastered is crate training! She does great in her crate, which is a wonderful start for a puppy her age. She's also a smart girl who is at the perfect age to learn new things. With a little patience, consistency, and training, we think Olive will grow into an amazing companion.<br/><br/>Olive has already been spayed and is current on her vaccinations, so she's ready to find her forever family!<br/><br/>We would love to see Olive find a home that understands puppies are going to be puppies! They play hard, make mistakes, and sometimes need a little extra guidance. Olive has so much love to give, and she deserves a family that will give her the time and patience to grow into the wonderful dog we know she can be.
