Meet Octavia

Hello! My name is Octavia and I have travelled all the way from Arkansas to find my new family! I am about a year and a half old and I weigh about 60 pounds. I have a beautiful black coat with shades of brown throughout. I am an active girl who is always on the go, but I love a good belly rub. I am super smart and I have been benefitting from positive reinforcement training. I am crate trained and appear to be house broken. I was around other dogs, cats and kids at my previous rescue, so I may do well living in a home with them. I sometimes react strongly towards small dogs, but a dog my own size would be a great playmate! Due to my activity level, older kids would be best and any felines in the home would require a slow introduction since I haven't met any since coming to NH. I can get over-excited when I see other dogs on leash, so my new family will have to continue to work with me so I can learn to remain calm. I am a beautiful girl with lots of love to give, could you be my new family?
