URGENT CROSSPOST<br/>Dog #1 (Oakley, black and white dog in photo) information -<br/>This is Oakley, unfortunately his owner passed away and he is looking for a new forever home.<br/>He is a Cattle Dog/Hound mix. <br/>He is 13 years old, but acts like a 5 year old….<br/>He weighs about 40 to 45 pounds.<br/>He is timid at first, but warms up quickly.<br/>He is up to date on his rabies vaccine, and he is fixed.<br/>He is fine with other dogs, don’t know about cats as he has never seen one….<br/>He is a slow eater and often needs you to sit near by and watch him eat. <br/>He eats at about 7:00am and again at about 5:00pm. I give him two cups of Science Diet at each feeding mixed with warm water. <br/>He is “ok” on a leash since he had a fenced-in yard so walking on a leash was only done when going to the vet.<br/>He has a brother Sheriff and would really like to go to the same forever home and continue to be best friends.<br/>He is currently located in Califon NJ.<br/>Dog #2 (Sheriff, brown and white dog in photo) information -<br/>This is Sheriff, unfortunately his owner passed away and he is looking for his new forever home.<br/>I’m guessing he is a Lab mix, with emphasis on the “mix”… He is about 6 or 7 years old.<br/>He is up to date on his rabies vaccine, and he was fixed as a puppy.<br/>He weighs in at about 40 pounds.<br/>He is housebroken and likes to sleep in his crate. <br/>He has a great temperament and gets along with other dogs but he does like to bark at them to get them to play…. He has never seen a cat, so not really sure how he would react.<br/>He is what I call, a “speed eater”, he will eat his food really fast and then look for more . So I feed him in a room and close the door until the other dogs are done eating. <br/>He eats at about 7:00am and again at about 5:00pm. I give him two cups of Science Diet at each feeding mixed with warm water. <br/>He has in the past helped himself to snacks left close to the edge of the coffee table…..<br/>He is very friendly but needs a few minutes around new people. <br/>He is “ok” on a leash since he had a fenced-in yard so walking in a leash was only done when going to the vet.<br/>He has a brother Oakley and would really like to go to the same forever home and continue to be best friends.<br/>He is currently located in Califon NJ<br/>Please let me know if you can possibly help in this sad situation. <br/>Matt email address is Puddy027@aol.com please reach out for additional info.
