Oakley's Story
To Meet this Dog, Submit an Application at K9LifeLine.com

Meet Oakley! Just like her trailblazing namesake Annie Oakley, she's an outgoing little girl, only about 8 Lbs. with personality plus! She loves everyone she meets.
At 1 year old, Oakley loves to cuddle as much as she loves to play. For toys she likes Nyla-type bones, Spot bones & balls. Of course she likes playing with other dogs, another smaller, playful dog OR kids over 6 is Required to adopt Oakley, she came from a hoarder surrender case of 24 dogs, 8 puppies. K9 LifeLine Rescue had room for 2.
Oakley is housebroken and crate trained. She knows how to walk on a leash using a padded harness. Like most young Rescue dogs, she is in the process of learning more commands. Oakley loves to be with her people, out and about or laying on the couch. She jumps on the bed and sleeps there too. Oakley is fostered in a home without kids, but she is such a gentle soul that we suspect she should be fine with an older kid or two. There are no cats in her foster home.
To Meet this girl, Submit an Application at K9LifeLine.com

Oakley is Fostered Near Volo, IL. The donation for Oakley is $495.00. That paid for Spay/Neuter surgery, a Wellness Examination by our local Veterinarian, Microchip, Heartworm Test Bloodwork & Preventative, Distemper/Parvo & Rabies Vaccines, Flea & Tick preventative, Transport Fees, High Quality Food etc.

To Meet this Dog, Submit an Application at K9LifeLine.com - If you are reading this, we are still accepting applications for consideration. Call your Veterinarian Before applying to give permission for them to release information to K9LLR & check that all their records are complete & accurate.

Some of our dogs & puppies are mixed breeds & in most cases we do not know who their parents were. We do our best to properly Breed ID our pups, however we cannot be 100% sure of any mix breed.

All puppies & dogs have had a wellness exam by a licensed Veterinarian. They are healthy to the best of our knowledge & come with a Certified Health Certificate (CVI). All adult dogs are heartworm tested & have had spay or neuter surgery. Dental surgery is done on dogs with severe dental disease. Most PUPPIES Will need continued Distemper/Parvo vaccine, a Rabies Vaccine & deworming, this is the adopters responsibility. All dogs & puppies are fed high quality dog foods while in the care of K9LLR. We hope our adopters follow suit and are happy to discuss nutrition with you.

Thank YOU for choosing ADOPTION!
