Oakley PUPDATE Siberian Husky Mix Madras, OR

Oakley was out for foster to adopt and sadly brought back. Here is what the foster had to say about this sweet boy.
He is good with cats. He is playful or he leaves them alone and is respectful. He lived with a small female dog and they got along great. He wants to be everyone's friend and is very sweet and cuddly. Loves going on walks and being brushed. He was living with a 5 year old boy and he was very gentle with him. Is amazing with kids and other pets.
At night he slept on the owners bed, child's bed, his bed and the couch.
Now the bad. Pretty sure he was an outside dog only before he came to us. He is almost housebroke and he does not like being alone and will escape when left alone.
The potential adopted lived by a busy highway and was afraid of him escaping and being hit.
He would be great living somewhere where he was safe if he did escape. We recommend crate training as well to keep him safe and confined when left alone.

Oakley came to us as a return offender and sadly was never claimed this time. He is a sweet boy but he is active and will need a active stimulating home to keep him occupied. He is about 2 years old and currently 59 pounds. Need a jogging buddy or a hiking partner? Oakley is your guy! Come on out and meet this goof ball. He had a playdate with 2 different female dogs and did fantastic!!! He loves to run and play and he has great doggy communication skills.
