Meet Oakley!

10-weeks-old (as of 6/12/2021), 10-pound (and growing) Shepherd mix
House-training is a work-in-progress.
Not crate-trained.
Does well with other dogs.
Unknown with cats.
Good with kids but as a young puppy, he will nibble as he is teething and will need to be reminded not to nibble people.

Oakley is a mellow, easy-going sweetheart! He is content being your companion and getting belly rubs. He is food motivated, does best with a good balance of playtime and rest, and it will be important that he has both physical and mental exercise daily.


His adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best guess.

Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 75-mile radius of the Minneapolis, MN city center.
