Oakland has found his forever home in So. Boston, MA with Katie N.<br/><br/>Meet Oakland! Quiet, well-mannered and easy-going Oakland was found as a stray in TN before coming into rescue. He is about 18 months old and weighs just 33 lbs full grown. Oakland's favorite pastime is to hang out on the couch beside his people, including the 8 year old in his foster home. He has med/low energy for a dog his age, but enjoys a few short walks each day. He is doing well on his crate and house training and pulls just slightly on leash. He is good with other dogs, but has not been cat tested. Oakland embodies what we refer to as an "easy" dog! We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area.<br/><br/>If you wish to adopt our dogs, please complete an online APPLICATION. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.<br/>All dogs are up to date on their sots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.<br/>Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.<br/><br/>Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.<br/><br/>Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.<br/>Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors.<br/><br/>Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up
