I’m Nyx. Yep, I know — kind of an unusual name. It fits me though, because I’m a pretty unique guy. My breed is Mountain Feist… bet you’ve never heard of that one!<br/>I’m about 1½ years old and would make a great family dog. I get along well with other dogs, and I even played nicely with my foster mom’s cat. I love attention, belly rubs, treats, and going for walks. I’m great on a leash and comfortable in my crate too.<br/>My perfect home would be with someone who works from home or is retired — basically someone who wants a loyal companion and has time to spend with me. I’m an active young dog who loves being part of the family.<br/>Maybe I’m the missing piece your home has been looking for!<br/>**NC only

Freedom Bridge Animal Rescue NC, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
All fosters and adopters are screened to include a vet check and home check prior to placing any pup. We often have pre-adoption events where potential adopters can meet the pups. IF they find a pup they are interested in, an application is completed along with the checks noted above. We bring the pup over and help with any meet and greets as needed, along with supplies for a week as we offer a one week trial prior to needing to commit. IF the pup is not ready yet (e.g. more vaccines, altering, etc) the pup can go as a foster to adopt during which time that pup is still under our ownership until all has been completed.
