My foster mom says that I am good and smart boy and I am showing my true guardian self already. Besides my puppy food I like red, orange and yellow peppers, cooked chicken, black beans and yogurt in my Yippetor as well as marrow bones. I get along well with my foster brothers who are adult Great Pyrenees, a 25 pound cranky terrier and a 3 legged snarly Yorkie. I am a good follower and take the cues from the big boys. I am curious even when I am not sure of things so I am brave too. <br/><br/>**** Update 4/12/2026 my foster mom put a collar on me and then a harness and a leash and she showed me how to walk with it and it was a piece of cake. She told me I was doing such a great job walking on the leash. I also got to meet her Mom's kitty cats. One took off before I knew what was happening and the other let me smell her before she ran. I tried to find her but she is magical and disappeared. <br/><br/>How to meet dogs listed with "NY" :<br/>If the dog is listed with an 'Avail date" and a (location) - the dog cannot be met until the event and it is a first come, first served adoption event with the dogs being met in the order the potential adopters sign in.<br/><br/>If the dog is listed as being in a (foster home ie: Foster in Carmel) please email us at info@pawsafe.org and we will set up an appointment for you to meet the dog(s) that interest you at their foster home(s).<br/><br/>**** We are sorry, but we cannot adopt to Massachusetts residents. This is a Ma Dept. of Agriculture policy, not ours.

How to meet dogs listed with "NY" :
If the dog is listed with an 'Avail date" and a (location) - the dog cannot be met until the event and it is a first come, first served adoption event with the dogs being met in the order the potential adopters sign in.
