Novie Siberian Husky & Pomeranian Mix New Orleans, LA

Hey hey! I'm Novie! My foster mom just got my DNA test results back, and I’m an awesome mix of 5 breeds but primarily Husky and Pomeranian!
I’m 1 year old and about 25lbs, so I won’t get much bigger.
I love other dogs and love to play with my big furry foster sister. I am very food motivated, as you can see in my glamour shots, and have learned sit, down, and stay. My recall is phenomenal as well! I'm playful pup, but also a super snuggly ball of love who loves to make you laugh!
I would do best with a family with at least one other dog. I'm great with kids of all ages, AND good around cats too! I would love a big yard, or at least a lot of trips to the dog park so I can have my Zoomie time!
I am vaccinated, spayed and heartworm negative!

Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for puppies covers initial deworming, puppy vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter at the rescue's approved vet at 6 months of age. Please see our website for more information.

2024 Adoption Fee Scale for non-benefactor animals:
Puppies under 12 months - $350
Dogs over 12 months - $250

*Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters in Southeast Louisiana, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our puppies live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it’s the perfect match!
