He’ll need a patient, understanding adopter who will give him the time, love, and reassurance he needs to feel safe and confident.<br/>With a little patience, some gentle encouragement, and perhaps a few tasty treats (Norman is willing to negotiate) this sweet boy has so much potential to blossom into a wonderful companion!<br/><br/>He’s still just a puppy, after all, and he has plenty of growing, learning, and tail-wagging adventures ahead of him. <br/><br/>Norman is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time and that the best friendships are worth waiting for.
