Poor Norman was picked up in bad shape. His fur was so badly matted he had to be completely shaved down to the skin. He is a character. He is very clingy and will need some training as he is just a pup. He does well with other dogs and cats. He is very energetic and would do well in a home with another playful dog or with children. He is neutered, housebroken, and microchipped. He is scared of the leash since he has never been on one so we are slowly working on that.
