Meet Norbert! <br/><br/>Norbert is a 15-pound 4 year old bundle of love with the sweetest little soul. He absolutely adores humans and thrives on attention. If you're home, he wants to be right by your side. Whether it's following you from room to room or curling up close on the couch, Norbert is happiest when he's near his people.<br/>Cozy is his love language. If there's a blanket around, you'll find him snuggled up on it, perfectly content. He's doing well with crate time when left alone, but if he knows you're in the house, he'd much rather be out and close to you.<br/><br/>Norbert enjoys playing with his toys and is figuring out games like fetch but he hasn't mastered the "bring it back" part just yet, but he's enthusiastic about trying! His foster mom is continuing to work with him on barking when he hears people outside or sees other dogs. He did well with both dog and cat testing at the shelter, so this may just be excitement that will improve with guidance and consistency.<br/><br/>Suspected to be a Chihuahua-Dachshund mix, Norbert is loving, cuddly, and full of personality.
