Meet Nora
Meet Nora!
She is an approximately 7-month old American Stafford Terrier/Labrador girl with big ears that will make you smile. Nora was found abandoned on a country road and a nice family took her in, but couldn’t keep her. Forever Yours stepped in make sure she is healthy and ready to find her forever family.
Nora is all puppy! She listens well, but has all the puppy energy and loves to play for hours! She loves squeaky toys, bones, and is very treat motivated, but definitely needs a family that is committed to training her to be the best dog that she can be. She’s a rambunctious girl and loves wrestling with her foster siblings. She is a bit much for smaller, calmer dogs, but she loves to romp and roll with all her foster siblings her size and bigger. She is very eager to please, so that will make training her a bit easier, but she is definitely still learning boundaries with both her 2-legged and 4-legged friends.
Nora is young and still working on house-training and kennel training. She does great in her crate, but does still have accidents from time to time. She hasn’t worked much on leash training, but with her age and outgoing personality, this is of no concern. While she most likely will do well in a home with kids, because she is young, bouncy, and still learning a home with a little bit older children is probably best for her. She loves dogs of all sizes and she has learned quickly that cats don’t play like dogs and she now just ignores them.
Nora is an absolute doll, but puppies are a lot of work and a lifetime commitment, so we want to see her with a family that has considered that and understands she will need help learning good behavior from bad; as well as a family that will treat her as family. She loves riding in the car and would love to be someone’s lifetime co-pilot!
All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. The adoption fee is $225.
