Noodle's Story

Calling all carb lovers,

? Meet Noodle ?
Age: 4 years young
Gender: Lady Linguine
Breed: Cardigan Welsh Corgi
Weight: About 20 lbs of pure pasta perfection
Disability: Deaf—but that doesn’t penne her down one bit.
Dogs: Yes
Cats: good with cats and cavatapi
Kids: Yep! She’s pasta-tively sweet with the little ones.
Location: Milroy, Indiana

Noodle is the carb queen of your dreams—short, sassy, and always ready for seconds. She’s got a nose for adventure and navigates daily life with confidence and curiosity. Deaf? Sure. But don’t let that fool you—she still hears compliments loud and clear.

Socialization & Training:
She’s pasta-tively polite with other dogs and fits right in. She’s adapted quickly to household routines and is a respectful house guest (as long as you let her choose the walking route now and then).

? Crate Trained: Yes! She’s a ravioli-wrapped bundle of calm when crated.

? Leash Trained: Yes! On walks, she’s curious and independent—she may have some strong opinions about which way to go, but she doesn’t pull or drag.

? Activity Level: She holds her own in the backyard zoomie race, and is always down to go exploring. She plays well with other dogs and humans- mainly chase. Noodle doesn’t seem interested in toys or chews, but she’s always up for company and cuddles.

? Fence: Doesn’t need a tall one—hasn’t tried to break out of the pasta pot. Would do fine leash-walking if you don’t have a fence.

? Behavior: She has a happy, goofy energy and brings a lot of joy to the home.

Food Manners:
Noodle prefers to dine alone, thank you very mushroom. A little food possessive, but who among us hasn’t gotten a bit protective over our lasagna? Feed her in peace and there’s no issue.

? Adoption Fee: $300
That’s less than what you’d pay for a lifetime supply of ravioli… and way more rewarding.

***WHILE WE DO ADOPT OUT OF STATE THE ADOPTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP. WE MAY BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SOME HELP THROUGH VOLUNTEER TRANSPORT ORGANIZATIONS***

Interested families should fill out an application at https://pinkheartrescue.org/dog-adoption/
