Nollen's Story

This sweet boy came to us back in July with his sibling and thought he'd found his forever... but his two-year-old paws were just a little too powerful for the tiny kitties and chickens in the home. So, through no fault of his own, he found his way back to us - and he's feeling a little frustrated that things haven't worked out quite like he hoped. But don't worry... Nollen has a plan. A BIG plan. That's right - Santa! Nollen has his reindeer suit on, he's resting up, and he's applying directly for a spot on the holiday team. With those long legs, we're pretty sure he could glide across the sky if Santa gave him the chance. Tell me he doesn't look at least a little reindeer-ish? Nollen LOVES other dogs, loves going for walks, and loves being part of the action. What he really wants this holiday season is a home - whether it's with Santa himself or a family who can appreciate his goofy, energetic, totally lovable spirit. If you've been looking for a dog who's equal parts festive, fun, and full of heart... Harmony Animal Matchmaker and Sanctuary's Adoption Policy

We prefer to adopt our animals locally, but are open to discussing out-of-state adoptions for our longer-term residents, or harder-to-place pets. We ask basic questions to understand the life style of the adopters and see if they meet the lifestyle of any of our current adoptable animals. Our standard practice is to never let a Harmony Animal be homeless so if at any point in the life of the adopted pet the adopted family is no longer able to care for their furry friend we will always take them back. In fact, our adoption contract states that if at any point you find yourself needing to relinquish your pet that you contact us and not another rescue or person to take them in, we always have room for our harmony animals and want to ensure they get the best home.
