Nola's Story

Hi, I'm Nola!

I'm a 4-year-old American Bully, and if my friends were describing me, they'd probably say I'm sweet, gentle, loving... and maybe a little strong-willed too.

I absolutely adore my family and the people I trust. I love being included in daily life, whether that's going for walks, hanging out in the yard, or soaking up belly rubs on the couch.

One of my favorite things in the world is getting outside and stretching my legs. I love to run around in a fenced yard, and I'd be especially thrilled if my new home had a doggy door so I could come and go as needed. That sounds like the dream life to me!

I'm about 50 pounds of love and personality. I enjoy toys, but let's just say I'm not exactly gentle with them. If you adopt me, you'll want to stock up on the tougher chew toys because I can make quick work of the flimsy ones!

The good news is that I already know how to be a wonderful house companion. I'm house trained, crate trained, and I've lived as an indoor dog. I'm also said to be good with other dogs, cats, and kids, making me a pretty easy fit for many families.

My family had to surrender me because of housing issues, not because of anything I did wrong. They loved me very much, and now I'm hoping someone else will give me the chance to be loved again.

I have a nice medium energy level I'm happy to go on adventures and enjoy some playtime, but I'm equally happy to relax and spend time with my people afterward.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves belly rubs, walks, toys, and family time, I just might be your girl.

Adoption Information
All adoptions are upon approval of the adoption application only
Shelter Hours: Monday Thursday 12pm -6pm
Brigham City Animal Shelter
1220 W Forest St, Brigham City, UT 84302
(435) 723-1231
Brigham City Animal Shelter Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brighamcityanimals
Online Adoption Application: https://forms.gle/RquyC9aWssWYamX46

Adoption Fee: $40
