Noel's Story

Noel is a super sweet girl, very loving and playful. When we rescued her she had new born puppies, she is not even a year old. She was neglected but she got vet care right away and she and her puppies are doing great. She will be available for adoption after 2/21/26 but we are taking applications now.<br/>She has her spayed appt.
