She’s perfectly spicy and sweet at the same time! She does everything with 120% enthusiasm, from playing to snuggling. She loves exploring the yard, “sneak”-attacking during play, rolling a puzzle ball around, and playing keep-away with other dogs. She’s a on/off kind of pup so far - all out play and all out sprawling sleep. She melts into a sleepy puppy puddle when you hold her and is a 10/10 star-fisher when sleeping. <br/><br/>Nine absolutely adores other dogs! She is super companionable. She wants to be near a person but will settle when she can’t be. She loves being held and almost immediately tries to fall asleep when she’s snuggled. She likes to burrow into tall grass and launch sneak attacks. She is working on her potty/crate training and doing well! She knows 'leave it' and is getting close with sit and crate. She’s all over the place during walks and improving slowly but she will get there!<br/><br/>Her superpower would be 'Wooing you into being her giant pillow in 5 seconds flat!' She is just so loveable and ready for her furever home!<br/><br/>She is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives. Her adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of age-appropriate core vaccinations, microchip, and required spay when age-appropriate. We require that all adopters, regardless of the dog’s age, are committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible ownership. We require adopters to be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach in order to complete spay/neuter with our approved clinics.<br/><br/>Note: Sending a Petfinder inquiry is not submitting an application. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption.<br/><br/>Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
