Nina Black Labrador Retriever Mix Bellingham, WA

Nina is an easy-going girl who never really had much of an issue adjusting to life in the shelter. She came to us as a stray, so we don't have any information regarding her past - but it does seem that she has had at least some basic training. Nina walks well on leash and has a calm demeanor. She can be reactive towards other dogs and is selective in which dogs she likes and does not like. For this reason, we are recommending she be the only dog in the home - this may change pending further testing. She would benefit greatly from some responsible socialization with neutral dogs (ie. with the help of a trainer). If you would like to meet Nina, the first step is filling out an adoption application. Our staff will then review applications to ensure it's a good match before scheduling an introduction.
