At SICSA, we only adopt out cats and dogs...but sometimes, a horse slips through the cracks. No, wait, that's not a horse. That's just Nimbus, a horse-sized dog looking for a place to stretch his legs. Nimbus's past is a bit of a mystery, but here's what we know about him: He LOVES stuffed toys; he almost always falls asleep while chewing on a stuffed toy for comfort. Speaking of sleeping, have your camera ready at all times with this guy. We've caught him napping in the silliest positions, often finding him on his back with all four of his long legs allllll the way up in the air. Nimbus walks well with a Gentle Leader (head harness) and loves going on trips to the park. He rides well in the car and will even hop up into the car himself. Thank goodness for that-at 100 pounds, he'd be a heavy dog to have to lift! Nimbus is housebroken, knows his basic commands, and has played well with some of our shelter dogs. We'll help you out with a meet-and-greet to make sure his size and play style are a good fit with your resident dog(s) if you have any! Nimbus is ideally looking for a cat-free, kid-free home with an experienced adopter and plenty of yard space for those long legs of his!
