Welcome Nikko to Shiba Rescue of New Jersey<br/>Nikko is still available for adoption here at Shiba Rescue of New Jersey.<br/>Foster Mom Cynthia has a wonderful news to share about Nikko. Cynthia said that Nikko met her male neighbor with his dog Henry. <br/>Nikko did GREAT with them. He was very receptive to the BOTH of them with his tail wagging.<br/>This is FANTASTIC News to hear. <br/>Nikko is no longer barking at the neighbor and is now friends with his dog Henry.<br/>I have attached pictures of Nikko going for a walk with Henry which he just loves to do now. <br/>Nikko was so happy, excited and enjoying his walk with Henry that he didn't even want to go back inside the house.<br/>Cynthia will be setting up some more play dates for Nikko & Henry so we can see how it goes.<br/>This AMAZING UPDATE is all due to the fact that Cynthia as Nikko's Foster Mom is doing EVERYTHING RIGHT in assessing him. <br/>She is giving Nikko the time to realize that there are nice people out there with nice pets of their own.<br/>Nikko has now figured that out and is making friends with them.<br/>Nikko is a great Shiba Boy who is extremely smart besides very handsome.<br/>Nikko loves going outside in the fenced in yard where he runs, plays and does his zoomies. <br/>But he also extremely enjoys going for his walks as well.<br/>Cynthia said that it would be a nice if Nikko did have a fenced in yard since he does enjoy it but keep in mind, he loves his walks too.<br/>Nikko seems to be doing so much better around men.<br/>It's very important for us to mention this. <br/>Nikko was NEVER aggressive. Just a bit leery.<br/>Cynthia has come to love Nikko very much and thought about being a "Foster Fail" but she said if she did then she could no longer foster for us here at Shiba Rescue and New Jersey and she really loves fostering for us.<br/>If you can open your heart and home to Nikko, you won't be disappointed. <br/>Nikko is one exceptional Shiba Boy.<br/>Please go to www.shibarescuenj.org and fill out an Adoption Application for Nikko.<br/>This gorgeous boy is waiting for YOU!
