Night Owl's Story
I named this puppy "Night Owl" when we first rescued him as he cried and whined for several nights in a row. It took him a bit to settle in and get used to being without his siblings but of course he is fine now. "Owl" is mini aussie/german shepherd. He still only weighs 12 pounds as of Aug 2 nd so we would expect him to stay on the smaller side. This puppy gets along wonderfully with the other puppies/dogs here and should be a nice addition to a family that currently has a gentle dog. We would consider adopting him out as an only dog but are firm on his new owner having german shepherd or aussie experience. Leash training is just beginning as is crate training. He has two puppy vaccination and dewormed. If you want to inquire about "Owl" we would ask that you include some information about yourself such as other pets, children in the home, etc. This guy will need a new owner that will have him neutered when he is old enough so we ask that you have a recent or current vet reference.
