Meet Neptune
Meet Neptune! He's been with us since August of 2023. He was taken to a crowded city shelter after his finder was unable to keep him. Neptune was doing well with the other dog in the house until the puppy became protective of its bone. They started getting in some squabbles, but no serious injuries ever occurred. The finder thought this wasn't fair for them, so she took Neptune to the shelter. Neptune now resides with us at AAC. We have observed what appears to be an old injury in his back legs which will require pain management and physical therapy for the rest of his life. Neptune is an extremely friendly, sweet boy, who is just looking for his forever home!
