Negra's Story

Negra was dropped off by an owner at one of the highest kill and most overcrowded pounds in America. Good old Kern County, good old Californians. Did she look back? NO! It so happened we had a transport coming the next day and we got her on. Her chances otherwise were bleak. Only 6, sweet and handsome. <br/>Turns out she is a GREAT dog, happy and friendly to all and waggy and adores big Sadie. She is frisky and feisty and loads of joy. A very nice family dog ready to take on new adventures. She is not blind and gets around great. Her blue odd eyes are intriguing. They may be due to cataracts, vet is not sure. And maybe she is blind though I think not as she does not run into things but gets around beautifully.
