Nothing breaks our hearts more than a dog who's been used against their will. Nani came to us from another rescue after being confiscated by law-enforcement. Her previous owner were running a dog fighting operation and they were using her as a breeding dog. She has nothing but love to give, and that was used against her. She hasn't had the easiest time since leaving that godforsaken place, but has been shown real love for the first time ever. Each home she's been in, they've fallen in love with the piglet! Nani girl loves a muddy puddle, a spiky ball, or cuddles on the couch! She can be anxious and nervous at first and typically needs a few days to get to know her people. Once you're in her circle, you're in it forever. She can have dog friends, but she is very toy driven and we think she'd do best as an only dog. Although we are open to a home with doggies that can keep up a structured routine. Nani will always be supported by us whether she needs training, boarding, or daycare!
