She's a wonderful combination of playful, affectionate, smart, and eager to please.<br/><br/>Nala originally entered rescue as a young puppy and was adopted by a couple who simply weren't prepared for the responsibility of dog ownership. When they moved out of their apartment, Nala was left behind. Thankfully, the property's manager stepped in and gave her the love, stability, and guidance she deserved.<br/><br/>During her time there, Nala learned all the important things that make her such a wonderful companion today.<br/>-Potty trained <br/>-Crate trained <br/>-Good with dogs <br/>-Lived successfully with cats <br/>-Walks nicely on a leash <br/>-Travels well in the car <br/>-Knows sit, down, and other basic commands <br/>-Extremely food motivated and eager to learn<br/><br/>Nala absolutely thrives on affection and attention from her people. She loves being included in whatever is going on and is happiest when she's spending time with her family.<br/>When it comes to playtime, this girl is all in! Her favorite game is fetch, especially when squeaky toys are involved. Toss a squeaky toy and you'll quickly become her favorite person. <br/><br/>She does have one adorable quirkwhen she's excited and knows it's time to come out of her crate, she'll occasionally let out a little yodel to make sure you haven't forgotten about her. Once she's out and enjoying life with her people, she's typically a very quiet dog.<br/>Nala is the perfect age to continue learning and bonding with her forever family while already having the foundation of a well-mannered companion. She has the personality, training, and temperament to fit beautifully into many different types of homes.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet, playful, low-shedding best friend who will shower you with love and keep you smiling every day, Nala may be exactly who you've been waiting for. <br/> Nala's tax-deductible adoption fee is $600. She will come with a leash, collar, two bowls, a toy, a dog bed, some food, and copies of all medical and microchip information. Her adoption fee helps cover her veterinary care and allows us to continue saving dogs in need.
