✨ ADOPTABLE NALA ✨ <br/>Nala is a 10-month-old Chihuahua/Terrier cross who was rescued off the streets of California and is now ready to find her forever home. <br/>Weighing 21 lbs., she’s the perfect size—easy to take along on adventures but sturdy enough for playtime, hiking, agility etc.<br/>This sweet girl has playful puppy energy but also settles nicely when it’s time to relax. Nala is very smart and highly trainable, and very motivated. <br/>She patiently sleeps under her foster mom’s desk while she works if directed to do so. Nala is spayed, house-trained, and sleeps quietly in her crate through the night, making her an easy addition to a home. She also travels well in the car in her crate.<br/>Nala is a gentle soul who doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She can be a bit timid around men and is still learning about new environments, so she’ll need a patient family to help build her confidence. <br/>On leash, she may be a little unsure at first, but she shows no reactivity and continues to improve with guidance.<br/>She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is good with dog-savvy cats who understand her playful energy. Nala also does well with older children; however, because she can be a bit bouncy, she may be too much for very young kids. She would especially love a home with another friendly, playful dog to help her feel secure and build confidence.<br/>Nala absolutely loves running in the yard and has recently discovered how fun toys can be—playtime is quickly becoming her favorite part of the day!<br/>After her rough start in life, Nala is more than ready for a fresh beginning filled with love, patience, and fun.
