Meet Nacho (fka Angel)!!<br/><br/>Nacho is a handsome young male pug who came all the way from Mexico, and this big boy with an even bigger personality is ready to find the loving family he deserves!<br/><br/>At 28 pounds, Nacho is definitely a LOT of pug — clever, curious, playful, and always ready to keep you on your toes! His foster family says he is incredibly smart and has strong opinions about being confined. Crates, baby gates, and x-pens? He would prefer to negotiate those terms. And we have a sneaking suspicion this clever boy may even know how to open the refrigerator! Crate training is a WIP.<br/><br/>Nacho needs a family who will keep his busy brain and playful personality engaged. He would absolutely love a canine playmate who is ready to romp and play with him. He enjoys spending time with other dogs and would thrive with a dog who can match his energy and enthusiasm.<br/><br/>He LOVES toys — especially soft toys that he can enthusiastically destroy — and he also enjoys hard chews like Nylabones. An active family who will provide plenty of playtime, enrichment, supervision, and attention would be ideal for this fun-loving boy.<br/><br/>Nacho also absolutely loves kids and enjoys being part of the family. He bonds quickly, he does have separation anxiety. He LOVES to cuddle, you'll have a loyal companion who wants to be right by your side. He will guard his family loyally, he will alert if an unknown person comes into the yard. <br/><br/>Nacho is questionable with cats, so a home without cats or one willing to do careful, appropriate introductions would be best.<br/><br/>Nacho has already come such a long way on his journey from Mexico, and now he's ready for his next chapter.
