Mr. Pip's Story

Meet Mr. Pip, a 7-year-old, 4-pound Pomeranian who may or may not actually be a dog! We’re still trying to decide if he’s a tiny Pom, a Yoda, or perhaps a very cute little wombat. Whatever he is, one thing is certain—Mr. Pip is absolutely lovable!

This little guy is wonderful with people and gets along with dogs of all sizes. Cats? He could care less about them! Mr. Pip is happiest when he’s cuddled up with his people and simply being part of the family. He loves his human companionship and sleeps quietly right beside his foster family at night.

Mr. Pip is currently working on his housebreaking and is using a belly band while he continues to learn. He also has some bad knees and hips, which give him a bit of a wobbly walk. But don’t let that fool you—his mobility issues certainly don’t stop him from getting where he wants to go or from enjoying life to the fullest!

Because Mr. Pip is such a tiny 4-pound boy, we feel an adult-only home or a home with children 15 and older would be the safest and best fit for him. He’s looking for someone who will love him, cuddle him, keep him safe, and let this little guy continue to enjoy every moment of his life.

If you’re looking for a tiny companion with a huge personality, Mr. Pip may just be your perfect little Yoda-wombat-dog!
