I’m happy to hang out quietly and take in everything around me.<br/><br/>But give me a little time and space to feel comfortable, and my playful side comes out!<br/><br/>Then you might see something very different...<br/><br/>ZOOMIES.<br/><br/>Yep. I have them.<br/><br/>I’m also a very attentive boy. When we’re walking together, I’m constantly checking in with you. My eyes stay on my person because I like knowing where you are.<br/><br/>I get along well with other dogs.<br/><br/>I’m good with cats too, and I mostly just ignore them.<br/><br/>Honestly, I’m a pretty balanced little guy.<br/><br/><br/>A Few Things I Already Know<br/><br/>I’m fully house-trained.<br/><br/>I have no separation anxiety observed.<br/><br/>And I walk perfectly on a leash.<br/><br/>That means you can take me out for a nice walk without worrying about teaching me the basics first.<br/><br/>I enjoy exploring, but I’m also paying attention to you.<br/><br/>And when we get home, I’m perfectly happy to settle down and enjoy some quiet time together.<br/><br/><br/>What I Want Now<br/><br/>I’m not looking for a complicated life.<br/><br/>I want someone who enjoys having a calm little companion around.<br/><br/>Someone who will take me for walks and let me show off my excellent leash skills.<br/><br/>Someone who will notice when I look up at them and know that I’m checking in.<br/><br/>Someone who will give me time to show them my playful side.<br/><br/>And someone who will appreciate that sometimes the best kind of dog is the one who simply wants to be beside you.<br/><br/><br/>If you're looking for:<br/><br/>A calm and affectionate companion<br/><br/>A friendly boy who gets along with dogs and cats<br/><br/>A dog with excellent leash skills<br/><br/>A fully house-trained pup<br/><br/>A quiet little guy who can happily settle at home<br/><br/>And a loyal companion who will keep one eye on you wherever you go...<br/><br/>Maybe I’m your boy.<br/><br/><br/>I don’t need to be the loudest dog in the room.<br/><br/>I just need to know where my person is.<br/><br/>And maybe, someday soon, that person will be you.<br/><br/><br/>Yours Truly,<br/><br/>Benny
