Looking for a pocket pup? Like the little stuffed toys he’s named after, wee Moshi fits the bill!

At 3 pounds (yes, you read that right!), you can scoop up this 2-year-old Chihuahua mix and bring him with you just about anywhere. And his fur is just SO silky and soft, it’s practically impossible not to pet him constantly. He’s happy to soak up all the loving and attention he can get!

Moshi might be little, but he’s mighty, too. He gets along well with the other (larger, of course) dogs at his foster home and is quick to let out a warning bark if it looks like he’ll get trampled. Moshi handles himself very well, playing with the other dogs, asserting himself appropriately, and enjoying his walks. And if he pulls with excitement on his walks, he won’t exactly pull you over!

This boy is a social butterfly who enjoys meeting other dogs and people of all sizes. Moshi is often found right in the middle of the dog pile at his foster home and would do best in a home with another dog for company.

Itty bitty, friendly, sweet, well-adjusted: this is Moshi. He doesn’t need a crate, is doing well with housebreaking, and loves to snuggle at night. While he doesn’t take up much space, he’s sure to fill your heart. See if you can find him at our next adoption event.

If we do not receive any communication from you, the dog may be adopted out at our event prior to 12 pm if the perfect home comes along. :-)

However, visual breed identification is unreliable. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog’s individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess. Dogs are individuals.
