Moose

Moose (previously named Tucker) was rescued from SEEACA in Los Angeles, CA two hours before he was set to be euthanized. He is now in Vancouver, WA and is looking for his forever home. Moose is very affectionate, playful and walks great on a leash (even next to my baby's stroller). He gets along with dogs, kids and strangers. He has not been cat tested indoors, but he doesn't care for all the neighborhood cats, and I am thinking they would not be an issue since he is just a sweet goofy boy. He did great at his vet visit, groomer, farmers market, coffee shops, playground and on neighborhood walks. He is working on basic obedience with us (sit and recall). He loves his crate; he spends the night in there quietly and also enjoys resting there during the day when we are not watching him. He is calm and quiet in the car. Moose would likely do well with someone looking for a dog to join them on daily walks, trips to the park or outdoor adventures. He loves having a human companion and I'm sure he would do great with or without a dog companion.
