Moose's Story

Meet Moose Big Dog Energy, Gentle Dog Spirit - Transport Available Nationwide

I am Moose, and the first thing you should know about me is that I have been through a lot and come out the other side with nothing but love to give. My original dad fell on hard times and lost his home. He made sure I was placed with family who would care for me, and that meant everything. I had been attacked by street dogs and was in rough shape when I arrived. I slept for three days straight while my body healed. My foster family stepped in with kindness, getting me neutered, vaccinated, and treated for fleas. I had been surviving on table food and cheap kibble before, but proper care brought me back to a healthy, trim 70 pounds.

Life in my foster home taught me how good things can be. I have a little dog roommate who has zero concept of personal space and bounces around me like I am a jungle gym. I just sink right to the floor and play along. I also coexist peacefully with two older cats who want nothing to do with playtime. I let them be without a second thought. My motto is live and let live.

On walks, I am the dog everyone hopes for. I stay right beside you, no pulling, no lunging. I do not try to sneak past the front door when it opens. I would rather stay close, move at your pace, or settle in at your feet when the day winds down. Car rides are a genuine highlight for me. Treats are accepted gently, right from your hand, and mealtime is calm and easy every single time.

The chapter with my foster family is closing, and it is not because of anything I did wrong. My foster mom took a job out of state and is bringing my little playmate with her. My foster dad works twelve hour days, one of the kids shipped off to Marine Corps boot camp, and the other spends most of the day at school for band. I am not a high maintenance guy, but I deserve a home where there is time to enjoy each other. Whether that is a busy family with kids or a calmer household looking for steady company, I am ready to fit right in.

Moose is fully vetted and ready to go.
